Sr. Product Manager, AI Products

About the Role

NBCUniversal's Enterprise Business Solutions AI Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and ship AI products directly serving our businesses. You'll own the full lifecycle of agentic products — embedding with engineering, product, and business teams to identify high-value problems, rapidly prototype, and deploy production solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify highest-value agentic solution use cases by working directly with Enterprise Business Solutions teams
• Build end-to-end agentic products: multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and structured reasoning, from design through deployment
• Co-develop solutions with business teams, enabling them to customize and operate agents post-deployment
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped product requirements with clear success metrics
• Own agent quality: evaluation frameworks, production accuracy monitoring, prompt iteration cycles
• Deliver AI-driven analytics capabilities and present findings to enterprise stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
• 8+ years in digital product development
• Proven expertise in LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, tool use, and agent orchestration
• Hands-on with AI platforms and cloud services (Python, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong SDLC expertise: scoping, iteration planning, user story writing, rollout management

Preferred

• Experience building multi-agent systems or complex LLM orchestration pipelines
• LLM evaluation frameworks (accuracy, hallucination detection, quality scoring)
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Background in media, ERP, commerce, or enterprise operations

Pay & Benefits

$130,000–$170,000/yr (bonus eligible). Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
