About the role
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS store management team, driving store execution and customer loyalty. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads store staff and ensures smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS's customer service culture
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays
Requirements
- Analytical, computer, and communication skills
- Supervisory ability
- Flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
