About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store — often the first point of contact for patients, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
What You'll Do
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
- Contribute to positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and other services
- Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stock
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
Requirements
- Must complete CVS's training program and satisfy State Board of Pharmacy registration/licensing/certification requirements once in role
