Senior Project Manager

About the Role

CCRC (Child Care Resource Center) is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee small and large project initiatives supporting CCRC's mission of child, family, and community well-being. Reports to the Project Management Supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Lead intake, onboarding, requirements analysis, project charters, and project plans
• Keep sponsors, stakeholders, and resources informed on project status
• Lead projects using PMI standards for waterfall, predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches
• Administer detailed progress and change management through project completion
• Support business/technical process improvement — analyzing functions, documenting flows, and recommending improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT/computer science, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of project management experience leading complex, high-visibility implementations
• Active PMP certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive)
• Within one year: familiarity with CCRC program areas, HIPAA/Medi-Cal processes, Head Start, DPSS, CDSS, and CDE requirements

Schedule & Pay

Hybrid, typically 2-3 days/week in office. Semimonthly salary of $4,085.47 (approx. $98,051/year).
