About the Role

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management. Technology is at the heart of Disney's past, present, and future. This team works across Disney Entertainment Television, Disney+, and ESPN to build world-class experiences for millions of fans and viewers.

The Senior Manager, Product Management will define and own the product roadmap, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality experiences across Disney's direct-to-consumer streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Drive product decisions through data analysis, user research, and business metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Communicate product plans, priorities, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Champion quality and ensure products meet both user and business needs.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping successful consumer products at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in streaming media, entertainment, or technology companies.
• Background in subscription products or direct-to-consumer platforms.

The hiring range for this position in California is $188,400–$252,600 per year.
