Senior Manager, Creator Content & Partnerships — DTC

About the Role

The Disney DTC Creator Content & Partnerships team is redefining how Disney connects with audiences through creator-led storytelling. The Senior Manager will lead the strategy, creative development, and execution of creator-led content initiatives that strengthen Disney's connection with audiences around the world.

What You'll Do

Creator Strategy & Partnership Leadership

• Define and lead the long-term strategy for Disney's Creator Content & Partnerships initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Develop scalable creator partnership programs connecting creators and talent with Disney's franchises.
• Oversee Disney's TikTok Creator Program and other strategic creator initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent representatives, and agencies.

Creator Content Strategy

• Lead the creative vision for creator-led content initiatives across Disney+.
• Oversee the creator content pipeline from concept development through execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Programming, Product, and Creative teams.

Performance & Business Impact

• Establish success metrics and evaluate creator initiatives through audience engagement and business outcomes.
• Leverage analytics and consumer insights to optimize creator investment strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale creator or influencer marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and evolving platform ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong creative instincts and excellent analytical and communication skills.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $126,800–$170,000 per year.
