Senior Manager, Clinic Operations - Urgent Care

About the Role

This position requires working at both the Mission Hills, CA and Valencia, CA locations. Provides leadership and direction for the patient care delivery systems of a defined location, with direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services, and overall accountability for physical plant needs and operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate all aspects of patient care delivery
• Focus on service, patient, employee, and physician satisfaction, community relations, marketing, and planning
• Supervise day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of management experience, most directly related to a health care environment

Preferred

California RN License; Master's degree in Business, Education, Management, or Health Care Administration; experience in ambulatory health care operations.
