Senior Patient Services Specialist – Outpatient Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapy

About the role

Requirements

• California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire
• 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration
• Clerical and computer experience
• Experience with regulatory compliance (Medicare Secondary Payer, EMTALA, ABN)

Preferred

• Some college coursework in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance
• CHAA or CRCS certification (upon hire)
• Registrar, scheduler, or third-party payor experience
