Summary
We are seeking a proactive, intellectually curious Senior Data Analyst to support our User Acquisition team. You will analyze channel, campaign, audience, creative, and landing-page performance and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that guide acquisition strategy and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze acquisition performance across channels, campaigns, audiences, creatives, devices, and landing pages
- Apply LTV, CAC, payback period, and ROAS frameworks to assess customer value and guide investment allocation
- Measure marketing effectiveness via attribution and incrementality testing
- Define KPIs for acquisition volume, efficiency, customer quality, and long-term value
- Proactively detect performance changes and communicate risks and opportunities
- Build self-service dashboards and automated reporting for business partners
- Partner with Data Engineering to define requirements and build scalable acquisition data models
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6+ years in user-acquisition, growth, marketing, or data analytics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Strong experience with paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, mobile, CTV channels
- Experience developing LTV, CAC, payback period, and ROAS models
- Advanced SQL skills; experience with large datasets
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, automation, and visualization
- Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau
- Snowflake, Git, or dbt a plus
Compensation
$150,000–$170,000 USD
