RN - Telemetry (CTU), Night Shift Full Time

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

What you'll do

• Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation; analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes, coordinating care delivery.
• Evaluate progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team of patient, family, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor: Required.
• ACLS certification from an approved vendor: Required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Acute care facility experience.

Schedule

Night shift, full time.
