Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
Requirements
- BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred
- RN licensure in CA required
- CPR/BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale required

- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care needs
- Develop, implement and evaluate the nursing care plan
