About the Role
Delivers coordinated nursing care for Oncology patients on the Night Shift. Supervises assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
What You'll Do
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
- Develop and implement care plans and interventions
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment
- Provide health information to patients, families, and treatment team
- Participate in discharge planning
- Delegate and coordinate healthcare team duties
Requirements
- RN licensure in California: Required
- CPR/BLS certification: Required
- BSN: Preferred
- Acute care experience: Preferred
