About the Role
Store Associates empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys, working with the Store Manager and a close-knit team.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
- Maintain store-merchandising guidelines and personal sales goals
- Unpack inventory (boxes 10–30 lbs) and maintain safety/security standards
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred; familiarity with active lifestyle products a plus
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+; ability to stand for 2+ consecutive hours and occasionally climb ladders
Pay & Benefits
$18.42–$18.57/hr depending on experience. 70% employee discount, free monthly outfits, paid sick time, flexible schedule.
