Fabletics is looking for driven associates to deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience at its Glendale Galleria location.

About the Role

Store Associates empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys, working with the Store Manager and a close-knit team.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines and personal sales goals
• Unpack inventory (boxes 10–30 lbs) and maintain safety/security standards

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred; familiarity with active lifestyle products a plus
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+; ability to stand for 2+ consecutive hours and occasionally climb ladders

Pay & Benefits

$18.42–$18.57/hr depending on experience. 70% employee discount, free monthly outfits, flexible schedule.
