Fabletics is looking for a Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience at its Glendale Galleria location.
About the Role
Sales Leads support both Sales & Operations, leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey, and coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire the team toward performance goals.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function
- Train associates and provide feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook
- Maintain store-merchandising guidelines and hit sales goals
- Unpack inventory (boxes 10–30 lbs) and maintain safety/security standards
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail experience; prior retail management experience a plus
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+; ability to stand for 2+ consecutive hours and occasionally climb ladders
Pay & Benefits
$20.42–$20.57/hr depending on experience. 70% employee discount, free monthly outfits, 401k match, annual bonus plan, PTO.
