What You'll Do
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor
- Take part in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends (monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance)
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required — AT&T provides full training and coaching
Pay & Benefits
- $57,016–$75,000/year, including hourly pay and uncapped commission for top sellers
