Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant

What you'll do

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor
• Build connections with customers using AT&T's full suite of devices and services
• Take part in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends (monthly schedules posted 2 weeks in advance)
• Stay current with evolving tech in a fast-paced, flexible environment

Requirements

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required — AT&T provides training and coaching to help you meet your goals.

Schedule

20 hours/week, including evenings and weekends. Location: Burbank, CA (350 N San Fernando Blvd).

Pay & benefits

$20.82–$21.71/hr, plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Employees working 20–24 hrs/week earn an average of $30,725/year in total compensation.
