Retail Sales Consultant

What You'll Do

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options
• Participate in the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
• Stay flexible and current with evolving tech in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No sales experience required – full tools, training, and coaching provided

Schedule

40 weekly hours. Location: 6203 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA.

Pay & Benefits

• $20.82–$21.71/hr + up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met; uncapped commission, with top sellers earning $62,460/year
