About the role
As a Climbing Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you'll drive engagement, training, and educational programs for teammates and customers in all aspects of climbing — monitoring climbing activities, assisting climbers, and overseeing daily operations of the climb department.

- Provide the highest level of customer service and consultative product advice

Requirements
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Climbing certification required
