Retail Loss Prevention Lead - Key Holder

The Loss Prevention Lead helps mitigate and reduce losses through deterring external theft and executing key operational programs — modeling customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters while providing great service to all customers.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer and teammate traffic for potential theft activity, addressing concerning behaviors tied to shoplifting or internal theft
• Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity; follow up with local authorities on case resolution and prosecution
• Create an inclusive in-store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• De-escalate incidents involving confrontational behavior
• Support Shrink Coach meetings, new hire orientation, and training sessions with store teammates
• Conduct MES sweeps, fitting room checks, and safety standard checks
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of Company information

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior Loss Prevention or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred
• Ability to walk the sales floor, stockrooms, and office areas throughout the shift

Pay & benefits

Targeted Pay Range: $19.50–$28.50/hr
