About the Role
As a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty, you lead the athlete checkout experience, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs and services.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding athlete experiences and uphold merchandising/presentation standards
- Promote and lead company loyalty, warranty, and credit card programs
- Contribute to 30-60-90 day departmental plans with the Store Manager and ASM, including staffing and hiring
- Build and lead a strong team: source, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance of direct reports
- Act as Head Coach when the sole leader in the building, overseeing store opening/closing operations
- Enforce policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
