About the role
Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) at Amazon Locker+ retail locations. You'll be the face of Amazon, assisting customers with package pickup and returns while serving as a floor leader for associate peers.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:45pm–10:15pm. Average 30–39 hrs/week.
What you'll do
- Engage customers and model service best practices for the team
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product
- Serve as escalation point for associate peers on customer issues
- Maintain physical safety and quality standards at the site
- Identify and communicate operational barriers and trends
Requirements
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs; stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
