About the Role

We are hiring a Practice Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader for our Pasadena and San Fernando Valley (SFV), CA clinics (opening soon). As a dyad partner to the Clinic Director, you'll lead service delivery and operational alignment across both locations, driving key KPIs and operational targets. This is a full-time, in-person position working onsite between both clinics.

What You'll Do

• Lead people, systems, and processes — training, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Work cross-functionally with HR, Talent, Finance, Growth, Central Operations, and Technology
• Drive continuous improvement of clinic operations while navigating change and new technology
• Balance delegation with hands-on work directly with members

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations leadership, ideally across multiple sites
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable as a player/coach
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
