About the Role

We are hiring a Clinic Director to lead care delivery teams, programs, and systems across our Pasadena and San Fernando Valley clinics (opening soon). Reporting to the General Manager – West Region, you will partner with operational leaders to steer an interdisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, health coaches, and member support specialists. This role requires regular travel between the Pasadena and San Fernando Valley clinic locations.

What You'll Do

• Guide teams in day-to-day management while scaling without compromising quality
• Oversee admissions and the intake process, including individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions
• Partner with the CMO, Medical Directors, and Clinical Operations to refine and implement processes
• Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team; run daily care coordination meetings
• Directly engage in the care of complex patients as needed

Requirements

• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams in a healthcare setting
• Comfortable driving KPIs, admissions, and operational excellence across multiple sites
• Strong collaboration skills across clinical and operational functions
