About the Role

We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join us onsite in our San Fernando Valley (SFV), California clinic, opening soon. Onsite supervision for limited permits is available.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
• Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, in person and occasionally virtually
• Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
• Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers for integrated care
• Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team; assist with program development

Requirements

• Active Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, AMFT, or LPC license in California (onsite supervision available for limited permits)
• At least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness
• Experience in evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, or MI)
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
