Practice Manager (Outpatient) – Temporary

About the Role

Adventist Health Glendale — a 515-bed hospital with two urgent cares, home care services, and cardiology care serving the San Fernando Valley — is hiring a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a medical practice, including staffing, program planning, billing/compliance review, and monitoring performance against objectives.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and direct clinic operations in accordance with regulatory requirements and policy
• Communicate operational opportunities and best practices to the Director of Operations
• Ensure appropriate revenue management systems are in place for billing and collections
• Use performance scorecards and financial reporting to track clinic metrics
• Define job responsibilities and performance expectations for clinic staff; recruit, train, coach, and supervise assigned staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience (required); Master's preferred
• Three years of technical experience preferred; one year of leadership experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Day shift, full-time, temporary.
