Patient Access Representative (Clinic), Day Shift Full Time

Job Summary

Facilitates the initial contact with the patient and is responsible for completing and verifying all registration information and collecting the patient's financial responsibility. Provides clerical support and enters status changes in the computer.

Requirements

• High School/GED preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree preferred

What You'll Do

• Facilitate patient admission, including collecting patient information and financial data
• Answer phone calls and questions, maintain up-to-date patient files
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
