About the Role
Facilitates the initial patient contact, completing and verifying all registration information and collecting the patient's financial responsibility. Provides clerical support and enters status changes in the computer.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate patient admission process (collect patient information and financial data)
- Answer phone calls, maintain files, and keep patient information current
- Schedule and coordinate appointments; confirm appointments and provide instructions
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED: Preferred
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent: Preferred
