Partnerships & Promotions Specialist

About the Role

The Specialist, Marketing Partnerships & Execution role is responsible for executing the day-to-day functions for the Marketing Partnerships Execution team and supporting the Vice President, Global Partnership and Promotions. Day-to-day functions include Sales Data database entry, department reports and promotional recap presentations, client pitch decks and presentations, and client follow-up and calendar management. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Marketing Partnerships & Promotions.

What You'll Do

• Handle day-to-day functional elements of the Execution team, a group of 6 team members
• Assist with Sales Data entry for all promotional deals across theatrical & Disney+
• Handle coordination of team meetings and agenda
• Support upkeep of the Sales Data system to reflect current campaign initiatives
• Assist with asset management for the Execution team across theatrical and streaming titles
• Aid with department budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and coding
• Support leadership with department logistics, client updates, and weekly execution presentation meetings
• Create promotional partner recap presentation decks for internal and external use
• Coordinate department premiums from ordering through warehouse management and inventory
• Assist with promotional partner logistics for pitch meetings and on-site events such as premieres
• Support ongoing special projects and archive promotional materials and postmortems
• Provide administrative support with the Vice President's calendar, meeting prep, travel coordination, expenses, and budgets

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or entertainment experience
• Four-year college degree
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment

Compensation

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $74,700.00 to $96,500.00 per year. Actual pay may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
