About the Role

Key leader supporting the Store Management team, driving store execution and customer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, leads the store and supervisory staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

What You'll Do

• Work with store management and crews, assigning, directing, and following up on activities
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS's customer service culture
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays
• Provide colleagues personalized coaching and feedback

Requirements

• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & Pay

Part-time, 24 hours/week. Pay range $20.47–$29.47/hr depending on experience, education, and geography.
