About the Role

Member of the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty. Supports the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation of the store.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the store crew, assigning and directing daily activities
• Support store manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Oversee sales, inventory management, staffing, training, and financial management
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

Requirements

• Advanced communication, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management experience preferred

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Pay range $23.47–$37.47/hr depending on experience, education, and geography.
