Mental Health Case Manager (Strength United)

About the Role

Delivers culturally sensitive, trauma-responsive case management for individuals and families affected by child maltreatment, domestic violence, or sexual assault at Strength United (CSUN's University Corporation). Two openings.

What You'll Do

• Provide weekly in-home services using a strengths-based approach
• Assess client needs and complete standard assessments
• Design interventions to promote child safety and caregiver capacity
• Provide in-home skills building and family case management
• Deliver parent training via the Nurturing Parenting Program
• Complete case documentation and coordinate referrals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or Criminal Justice
• Six months of client-centered service experience
• State Certification (or willingness to complete) in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
• Valid California driver's license; pass criminal background clearance

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, flexible scheduling (occasional evenings/weekends)
• $22.74-$25.15/hr
