About the Role
Oversees theatrical productions, coordinates production schedules, manages departmental spaces, and facilitates collaboration among faculty, staff, students, and guest artists for CSUN's Theatre Department.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate production teams and guest artists across lighting, sound, video, costumes, and scenery
- Develop and maintain departmental production calendars
- Schedule spaces for productions, workshops, and special events
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and university safety standards
- Facilitate communication across the department and university
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Drama or related field preferred
- Three years of progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of theatrical production processes
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (may include evenings/weekends)
- $5,274-$6,689/mo, dependent on qualifications
- On-site, Northridge
