Materials Management Associate (Part-Time Regular, Day Shift)

About the Role

Stocks and maintains inventory within the healthcare facility, ensuring essential medical supplies and equipment are readily available to support patient care and hospital operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, organize, and label incoming medical supplies and equipment
• Monitor expiration dates, rotate stock, and perform routine inventory checks
• Coordinate with department heads on restocking and inventory requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with data entry into the materials management system
• Communicate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and issue resolution
• Support disaster-preparedness contingency stock and infection-control compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's/Technical degree preferred
• Materials management or inventory control experience preferred, ideally in healthcare

Schedule

Part-time regular, 8-hour day shift, at Adventist Health Glendale.
