Manager, RN – Telemetry (Day Shift, Full Time)

About the Role

Leads the Telemetry unit's front-line nurses and ancillary staff to deliver safe, whole-person patient care — maintaining a visible presence on the unit and collaborating with charge nurses, physicians, and department leaders on efficient clinical operations.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, retain, evaluate, and coach nursing and ancillary staff
• Set and monitor goals for patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct daily rounds with physicians to coordinate patient care
• Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues
• Schedule and coordinate daily unit activities and support organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (required); Master's preferred
• Current RN license; CPR/BLS certification
• 5 years' technical experience and 1 year of leadership experience preferred; 2 years acute care nursing preferred

Schedule

Full-time, day shift.
