Adventist Health Glendale, nestled between Burbank and Pasadena in the San Fernando Valley, is a 515-bed hospital with Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This RN role delivers coordinated nursing care on the Step Down Unit, Day Shift, Full-Time.

What You'll Do

• Deliver coordinated nursing care per established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff activities
• Coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data; develop and implement care plans
• Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care

Requirements

• RN licensure in the state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
