Material Handler (Temp/Contract)

Material Handler I/II (Temporary/Contract) at Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank. Full-time, on-site.

Crane Aerospace & Electronics supplies critical systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets. The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, counting, tracking, issuing, and shipping production parts, materials, and supplies to meet on-time-delivery goals.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue production parts and materials
• Move materials throughout the production floor to support manufacturing
• Count, track, and reconcile inventory
• Ship outgoing materials following established procedures
• Support on-time delivery goals for aerospace/defense production

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, materials handling, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Attention to detail and accuracy with inventory
• Forklift certification a plus
• Must be eligible to work with defense/aerospace export-controlled materials

Pay

$22.90–$31.59/hr (Material Handler I: $22.90–$28.22/hr; Material Handler II: $25.18–$31.59/hr). Temporary/contract position.
