Manager, Corporate Partnerships

About the Role

The Strategic Partnerships team leads the development and execution of global partnerships strategy, managing strategic alliances that enhance the guest experience, expand audience engagement, and drive revenue.

The Manager, Corporate Partnerships will proactively manage assigned corporate partner relationships for domestic (U.S.) theme parks — strategic and creative direction, plus execution of co-branded campaigns to maximize both parties' brand awareness, sales, market share, and ROI. Partnership experience in consumer-packaged goods, financial products, professional sports, and/or sourcing is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Strategically plan marketing tactics and campaigns for assigned corporate partnerships, including annual strategic marketing plans and partner media budgets.
• Develop and execute experiential, traditional, and non-traditional co-branded marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm activation ideas and write creative briefs for internal and external agencies.
• Support alliance development — researching prospective partners and developing pitch decks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Cross-functional experience thriving in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Pay

$90,000–$120,000/year (bonus eligible)
