Leasing Consultant, Multifamily

About the role

The Pointe at Warner Center is hiring a Leasing Consultant to work with the onsite management team, filling leasing goals such as occupancy and rent growth by building rapport with prospects and residents.

What you'll do

• Tour the property with prospects, answering questions about amenities, the local community, and the grounds
• Highlight the community's quality and the apartment-home lifestyle to drive leases
• Qualify prospects by collecting information and initiating background checks
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Deliver service to residents to support retention
• Handle office activities and paperwork related to apartment rentals

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade/technical/vocational school
• 1+ years of related experience
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
• Comfortable in a professional office environment with some outdoor travel between properties (up to 5%)

Pay & benefits

$18.47–$21.00/hr. Benefits generally include health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending/health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
