Leasing Consultant, Multifamily

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant at The Pointe at Warner Center, you play a key role on the onsite management team — creating a welcoming first impression for prospects, residents, and visitors while working toward occupancy and rent-growth goals.

What You'll Do

• Tours the property with prospects, answering questions about amenities and the community
• Drives leasing by highlighting the community and apartment lifestyle
• Assists prospects in qualifying for an apartment (info collection, background checks)
• Ensures apartments are prepared for move-in
• Delivers service to residents to support retention
• Handles office activities and paperwork related to apartment rentals

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade/technical/vocational school
• 1+ years of related experience
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment

Pay & Benefits

$18.47-$21.00/hr. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
