Janitorial Night Manager

About the Role

The Custodial Manager oversees all janitorial-related services at the account — supervising cleaners, managing cleaning operations, and handling budget, training, and customer relations.

What You'll Do

• Manages 24/7 janitorial activities for the account
• Maintains and monitors staff work schedules
• Establishes and maintains work performance standards
• Conducts quality assurance checks using company inspection tools
• Manages inventory and ordering
• Coordinates special project work
• Measures performance against budgets and quality standards
• Resolves on-site service delivery problems
• Recruits, selects, and trains new personnel
• Conducts employee orientation and annual supervisor evaluations
• Maintains customer relations; available 24/7 for emergencies
• Handles weekly payroll functions
• Complies with safety trainings; reports and investigates incidents
• Prepares daily reports and weekly action agendas
• Performs basic cleaning duties when needed, including bloodborne pathogen cleanups

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am

Pay & Benefits
