About the role
NBCUniversal's Corporate HR team is seeking an HR Generalist to support Corporate Legal client groups, partnering with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and recruitment.
What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to Corporate Legal leaders and employees
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and development matters
- Manage employee relations issues and workplace investigations with Employment Law when needed
- Support talent processes: performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruitment
- Use workforce data and employee feedback to spot trends and inform decisions
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive professional HR experience
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
Pay & benefits
$70,000–$85,000/year. Full NBCUniversal benefits package.
