Assistant, HR Service Center

About the role

NBCUniversal's HRConnection team serves as an extension of HR and the first point of contact for employees on HR, Benefits, Payroll, and related questions. The HRC Assistant handles daily intake, triage, and resolution of inquiries through the Zendesk case management system.

What you'll do

• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, compensation, and policies with accuracy and empathy
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions that make employees feel supported
• Partner with HR business partners by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guiding them to the right resources
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee experience
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge resources in Zendesk

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to analyze employee data and manage a high-volume inquiry workflow
• Excellent written communication skills (primarily email-based)
• HR, Benefits, or Payroll knowledge preferred

Pay & benefits

$45,000–$55,000/year. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and perks.
