About the Role
Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product and Technology is looking for an HR Business Partner supporting Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. This role reports to the Director, People & Culture Business Partner in Glendale, CA.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the point of contact for business client groups on HR solutions and strategy
- Drive people initiatives aligned to business strategy
- Act as project manager for performance management, talent planning, compensation planning, and org design
- Manage day-to-day HR issues and employee relations for assigned client groups
- Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience managing multiple projects with strong prioritization
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

$104,800–$128,000/yr
