Facilities Contract Services Manager

About the Role

The NBCUniversal Facilities Ops & Engineering Team is looking for a Contract Services Manager in Universal City, CA. This role drives operational excellence by establishing consistency, efficiency, and best practices in vendor relations and service performance within NBCU West Coast Studio Operations, supporting sourcing initiatives, RFP management, Quarterly Business Reviews, and large supplier contracts (janitorial, critical infrastructure, utilities). The role serves as the central point of communication between facilities staff, vendors, and internal departments.

What You'll Do

• Drive high vendor engagement through clear communication and goal-setting
• Manage third-party vendors for janitorial, waste, pest control, elevators, window washing, and similar services
• Develop scopes of work for contract services with Senior Director and Sourcing
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors, tracking KPIs and business metrics
• Confirm third-party services are completed on time and within budget, and process payments
• Ensure vendor compliance with Sourcing, Procurement, and EHS requirements
• Audit facility work orders to ensure vendor costs are properly documented

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or business management
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management
• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and creating financial models
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics
