About the role

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal, playing a pivotal role in the customer's experience.

What you'll do

• Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 1-year experience (DRP compliance)
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Pay & benefits

$47,000–$180,000/year. Annual PTO, 2 weeks Paid Parental Leave (30+ hrs/week), 6 paid holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision from Day 1, 401(k) with company match, continuing education opportunities.
