Auto Glass Trainee

Glass America (Burbank, CA) is seeking hard-working people interested in a career in the fast-growing auto glass industry. We offer a comprehensive training program, a personal mentor, and all the necessary tools to become a certified auto glass technician.

What You'll Do

As a windshield technician trainee, you'll learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you the techniques to complete safe, high-quality auto glass installations with a focus on personal safety and customer service. After an intensive four-month tech training program, you'll have the opportunity to work independently as an Auto Glass Installer, with earning potential through a bonus plan.

Requirements

• Mechanical ability and aptitude
• Valid Driver's License; clean background check and good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
• Must complete background check/MVR and drug screening process

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$24/hour
