What you'll do

• Equipment & Infrastructure: Manage requirements, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades for test equipment, tooling, DAQ systems, and environmental chambers
• Process Improvement & Planning: Identify and document critical process mechanisms to improve lab safety, manufacturing efficiency, and build quality
• Project & Vendor Management: Conduct project planning, cost analysis, and vendor evaluations; coordinate subcontractor scheduling, facility infrastructure projects, and maintain rigorous documentation for job status and material flow
• Test Infrastructure: Design, procure, and integrate ground support equipment (GSE) and rack assemblies to support integration and test activities

Required qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
• 4+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience
