Dubbing Services Project Coordinator

About the Role

Pixelogic Media Partners provides end-to-end distribution services and technology solutions to the entertainment industry, including dubbing, subtitling, access services, and technical services for digital and physical media. The Dubbing Services Project Coordinator supports coordination of dubbing projects to ensure timely delivery with superior quality.

Monday–Friday, day shift. On-site at Burbank office.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate information and assets across teams
• Liaise with internal client teams to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal resources and assist with schedule management
• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise
• Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Escalate potential schedule or spec issues to Project Managers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Perform data entry into internal and client systems

Requirements

• Project coordination experience, preferably in media/entertainment localization
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay & Benefits

$24–$29/hr · On-site in Burbank · Full-time · Mon–Fri, day shift
