Project Manager, DDM Client Operations

About the Role

Project Manager overseeing creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to major storefronts — iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ — from Pixelogic Media's Burbank office.

Schedule: Day Shift, 9am start | Compensation: $70,000–$85,000/yr

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from client order through delivery, prioritizing quality and on-time fulfillment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; deliver world-class customer service
• Manage, monitor, and update timelines; set realistic daily delivery expectations
• Perform order entry and ensure data accuracy across internal and external systems
• Work with billing to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Collaborate with operations, tech, and admin teams to improve workflows
• Identify client experience opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Participate in capacity planning, CAR process, and Operational Initiatives
• Document processes and create training guides (including video trainings)
• Use dashboards and reports to monitor production milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Localization (subtitling, dubbing) and/or digital media and mastering experience preferred
• Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management
• Experience in media industry and post-production workflows
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Creative problem solver with outstanding attention to detail
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting things done
